UNIFLUX Helical Coil Heaters

The compact footprint of the UNIFLUX Helical Coil heater makes it ideal for all applications, whether at a plant facility or on an offshore platform. The low flux rate convection heat transfer extends the life of the heat transfer coil to provide a durable heater that will operate for decades with minimal maintenance. UNIFLUX heaters are completely assembled and factory tested. Our factory tests include all control sequencing and interlock verification. The factory test also includes a complete burner light off and transition to main flame firing for ease of installation and start-up/commissioning.
UNIFLUX Cabin Heaters

Q-Pak Direct Fired Air Heaters

The Q-Pak direct fired air heater is a robust direct fired air heater, ideal for heating air streams that can allow for mixing the products of combustion with the process air stream. The Q-Pak heater utilizes an internally mounted raw gas duct burner located in the flow path of the process air stream. As the process air flows over the burner, it also supplies the combustion air necessary for the burner to operate. In applications where the air flow is not sufficient to maintain stable combustion, an external blower can be supplied. Fuel is piped into the burner, where it mixes with the process/combustion air. The resultant flame heats the air stream with very high efficiencies.
